    Yo Ash, What do you mean by Transaction for NickName Does it mean People that have purchased nickname to fill out the form?

    Oh and also do I put the email I purchased with or the forum email?

    Hello everyone. Just a quick tip, search your email for messages from "[email protected]" which will show you all of your Buycraft purchases provided that you have donated on this email address. You can then view the item that you purchased, the transaction ID, and the date that you purchased your item along with some other information.

    Also @Ashour I was looking for the donations that I did for my sister (IGN: XxPR099xX) and I was able to locate one message for the /banner command and completed the Google Form for this. However, I cannot find a message regarding the donation for access to all name edits for her. I am 99% sure that she got all name edits for being the top voter of a month. If you want, I can PM you with the email address that I believe that it might be. Also, if you can, could you please check your Skype message history? If you have not deleted the messages from my sister, the items that she requested should be there. Again, if you need me to provide more details, please start a PM with me.

    @Ashour I gave my email that I use but most of the things I donated for was bought for me by players for in game stuff only thing I purchased for was Legendary and someone upgraded me to titanium so Idk what to do

    I have a quick question, how would it work if the nickname feature was purchased using a Buycraft coupon resulting in therefore, not having any email connected to the transaction?

    Email is not necessary, transaction ID not necessary it is just more helpful for us.

    If you don't have it just don't put anything it says *NOT REQUIRED* in capitals.

    As long as everything else is filled out properly (IGN) you should be fine.

    Fill out your personal email in the case we need to reach out to you. It is mostly required by Google to prevent double form submissions for the same person resulting in us wasting our time (we keep notes in the form & in buycraft :D)

    Oh yeah shadow wolf brings up a good point. A lot of people spent money on rank ups. I'm assuming they will get their stuff back correct?

    When will the "round" for ranks be? I was not really aware they weren't added and aimlessly bought a 7day legendary

    Nobody has wasted any money. You will all get your ranks and other things back that you paid for, tons of people have donated so we have to take this slow. I apologise for the wait but I 100% guarantee you will all get everything you ordered back. The staff are working very hard to get everything back to you efficiently.
